About Me

Hello, fellow teachers and parents, and anyone interested in teaching!

After some encouragement I got from colleagues and students' parents, I have begun this journey of posting and sharing my teaching resources, ideas, lesson plans, and craft ideas.

I have a University Degree in Primary Education and 6 years of experience teaching kindergarten.

✏  10 Fast Facts About Me!

1. I enjoy creating the resources that I would use (and use!) in my own classroom.

2. I love picture books! Not only reading them to my students, but I also have a personal collection at home.

3. I love doing arts and crafts at school with my class to support a lesson or just for fun!

4. I have two dogs which I adore, this is them! 

5. My favorite food is pizza 🍕🍕

6. I like diet coke a lot, and I drink way too much of it 😊😊

7. I enjoy traveling, and it makes me feel alive! I travel whenever I can get the chance (and the budget!)  🚗 🚢 ✈

8. My favorite colors are light blue, gray, and light green.

9. I promote kindness, gentleness, and friendship in the classroom more than anything. At the end of the year, if all of my kids are friends and kind to each other, I consider the school year a success. I believe emotional intelligence, empathy, and academic skills are equally important.

10. I LOVE  t.v series and movies! My blog's name was actually inspired by a movie title (no conspiracy theories here, though! Haha!)
